If only life were like fairytales, stories, fantasies.

I'm completely in love with Pride & Prejudice. really. i so happened to watch the 2005 movie (the one with Keira Knightly), and i loved it so much i borrowed the book from the library and i'm actually reading it. honestly, i think that's quite amazing. it really just proves how amazing the story is.

honestly, how can no one be touched? an arrogant, stuck-up and unpleasant man, who doesn't talk to anyone except his own good friends, is changed by a girl (without her even realising). brave enough to confess his love. in love so much so that he didn't look down on the girl, whose status definitely could not have matched his.

doing all means and ways to help the girl, never giving up on his love.

and a smile from a man who is hardly ever satisfied, because he really is in love.

perhaps that's what makes me love stories like these the most. they are men, not boys. it's not a high-school musical where everything is so cliche, the guy and girl just fall in love like that. it was much more than that, just so complicated.

but it's like, i return to reality. things like this will never happen. and for someone like me, who believes in dreams and happily-ever-afters, i really get depressed. nothing i can do though.
