The rain was terrible today,
I was so freaking scared.

The moment I stepped out of the shelter,
My dress was drenched.
Every step I took,
My feet would sink into puddles of water.
Walking by myself,
I bit my lip every time I saw lighting.
And finally for once,
I was hoping that someone else would be there with me,
To protect me.

Perhaps it is finally time I let go of the past,
But I am not a hundred percent sure.
Yet, I'm gonna give this someone a chance,
Cos I have seen with my own two eyes,
Him wanting to confront another because of me.
And not wanting any complications,
I had to persuade him not to do it.

He won't know, cos he doesn't know about my blog,
Unless someone has told him about it.
But believe me, this is only a brief thought.
I might forget him as soon as I forgot the others.
